   Answer: Harwin's manufacturing capabilities include Precision Turning, Injection Moulding, Automatic Assembly, Precision Stamping and Tool making. Click here for detailed information.

2. Where can I get specific technical information about Harwin products?

   Answer:The Harwin website offers detailed product information. For most of the products offered by Harwin there are technical drawings in PDF format of the relevant catalogue pages. Should this be insufficient please contact Technical Sales.

3. What approvals do Harwin have?

   Answer: Harwin is an ISO 9001 approved company, #FM10993 with the BS-CECC approval on certain product ranges. Other approvals include:

   • DESC#06EX9 ( CAGE Code #K0536)
   • CAGE Code #K0536 (USA).

4. Can a standard connector be modified?

   Answer: Variations on standard parts are common. In house manufacture at all stages allows Harwin a high degree of flexibility. Pin Header Variants and slight variations on standard product are possible. Contact Technical Sales to assess the viability of your variation.

8. What Packaging Styles are on offer?

   Answer: Harwin can supply product loose, in tubes, tape and reeled, on continuous reels or radial taped, depending on the product.

9. Can Harwin supply cable assemblies?

   Answer: Yes, Harwin offer a full cable assembly service. Please contact Technical Sales with information of your application, i.e. wire length and type, quantity etc. for a competitive quote.

10. Does Harwin offer a high performance connector system?

    Answer: Our Datamate range offers high reliability and performance and is used in applications from Aerospace to Medical Equipment. New additions to the range include jackscrews for increased security of connection.

11. What is the smallest board to board connector system Harwin offer?

    Answer: The MP6 connector is on a 0.6mm pitch and can offer board spacing of 3mm.
